Terms.

The terms for anything you buy from Content Station. If something isn’t clear, email hello@contentstation.me and I’ll explain.

• You’re buying from Content Station, run by Nicole (Nix) Blanckenberg.
• Prices are in US dollars. You pay at checkout by PayPal or card. Card payments go through PayPal; your card details never touch this site.
• If you’re in Israel, 18% VAT is added at checkout. Everyone else pays the price shown.
• Your receipt goes to the email you give at checkout.

• One 60-minute session with me on Google Meet.
• After you pay, you pick a time. Your Meet link and calendar invite come by email.

• Session one: 90 minutes. Session two: 45 minutes, within 10 days of session one. Both on Google Meet.
• Two weeks of email support.
• After you pay, you pick a time for session one. I send your session two link after we meet.

• Digital downloads. Your download link shows straight after you pay and comes by email.
• A kit is for you and your business. Please don’t share or resell it.

• Cancel before you pick a time: full refund.
• Cancel more than 48 hours before your session: 50% back, because prep has started.
• Cancel within 48 hours, or don’t show up: no refund.
• Need to move it? Reschedule once, free, as long as it’s more than 48 hours before.

• Cancel before you pick a time: full refund.
• Cancel more than 36 hours before session one: 50% back, because prep has started.
• Cancel within 36 hours of session one, or don’t show up: no refund.
• Need to move session one? Reschedule once, free, as long as it’s more than 36 hours before.
• Once session one has happened, the AI Session can’t be cancelled or refunded.

• Kits can’t be refunded.

Email hello@contentstation.me with your order number. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
