This is how Content Station (run by Nicole Blanckenberg) handles your information. Short version: I only collect what I need, I don’t sell it, and you can ask me to delete it any time.
Who I am
Content Station, run by Nicole Blanckenberg. Contact me through the contact form.
What I collect
- Your name and email, when you sign up for something (like the free Black Friday course), book a session, or contact me.
- Order and billing details, when you buy something. Payments are handled by PayPal (including card payments). I never see or store your full card details.
- Anything you choose to send me, like your store link or answers to my questions.
- Basic website data, like which pages you visit and what device you use. This comes from cookies and tools like Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.
How I get it
- Forms on this website.
- Facebook and Instagram sign-up forms (Meta lead ads).
- Bookings and purchases.
- Emails you send me.
What I use it for
- Sending you what you signed up for, like course emails and the checklist.
- Sending my newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Delivering what you bought and answering your questions.
- Seeing what works on my site and ads, so I can make them better.
I only email you because you signed up. You can stop any time.
Who else sees it
Only the tools I use to run the business:
- MailerLite (email)
- MailerSend (order and receipt emails)
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads)
- Google (website stats)
- WooCommerce and PayPal (orders and payments)
- Google Calendar (bookings)
I don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long I keep it
As long as you’re on my list or a client. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data, I remove it, except anything I have to keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Show you what I have about you
- Fix anything that’s wrong
- Delete it
- Stop emailing you
Send me a message through the contact form and I’ll sort it within 30 days.
